Helping people do their best work — together.

Decades of helping leaders achieve their goals has pointed me to a couple of “truths”. First, people feel good and do better things when they do it together. Second, getting people to pulling in the same direction. is hard. That is where we come in.

Collaboration: Only a buzz word…unless it is done right

People felt like Jennifer heard them; she listened and guided in a way that allowed people to engage in a larger and more critical conversation resulting in the change we needed. -Todd Woodruff, Chief People Officer, Salt & Straw

To compete, teams must become more than the sum of their parts. Getting there means learning to work in new ways.

Our approach is different and it is effective. We bring a focus to the team’s task at hand, facilitating clarity through the co-creation tools used by innovators, while shining a light on how the team is working together.

The result: new ways to solve tough problems together, increased clarity, communication and cohesion.

Jennifer was outstanding to work with. She came alongside our organization in a major time of transition - moving out of startup phase to sustaining resilience. She guided our Board and team through establishing new norms that would fit our mission in its evolved iteration - and was indispensable to me as an executive leader in honing my own strengths and leading with renewed verve.

Who is Greenberg?

Jennifer Greenberg

I started bringing teams from point A to point B in my young adult years by literally bringing teams from point A to point B – on foot and by canoe. In between there were lakes to navigate and mountains to cross. I was young, strong and could do anything. Every day was a challenge, but if we pulled together as a team we would reach our goal: the top of the mountain or the other end of that windswept lake.

In the two decades since, I have brought this know-how into every classroom, boardroom, and leadership team I have worked with.

Jennifer Greenberg is a certified executive coach, team coach, facilitator, and consultant. Jennifer’s career experience has covered multiple industries; she has experience with startups, pre-IPO and later stage companies as well as national non-profits, and has coached clients in sportswear, tech, manufacturing, healthcare, and government. She has brought stakeholders together in the pharmaceutical drug development space, supported change efforts and communications at a major academic medical center, and international trainings at the PhD level. Her expert focus is on the intersection of collaboration, emotional intelligence, individual achievement, and business results.  As an adjunct business professor, Jennifer teaches undergraduate strategy and organizational management at the MBA level.
